What is your minimum order size requirement?

We have no minimum order quantity. We’re happy to take on orders as small as one unit.

Do you offer logo digitization and embroidery setup?

Yes. We handle the full process end to end. Just send us your logo or artwork, and our in-house digitizers and artists will take care of the setup.

What is your average turnaround time for bulk orders?

Turnaround time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on the order size and quantity. Rush orders can also be accommodated for tighter deadlines.

Do you ship outside Halifax or only serve local clients?

We ship across Canada.
